If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, registration, or service made through our organization, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original transaction date. Each request will be reviewed individually. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Eligibility

  • Program registrations that have not yet commenced
  • Event tickets for events that have not yet occurred
  • Donations where a specific service or benefit was promised but not delivered

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • General charitable donations (unless made in error)
  • Services that have already been rendered
  • Programs or events that have already taken place
  • Administrative fees, where applicable
